Pectenia plumbea (Light.) P.M. Jørg., L. Lindblom, Wedin & S. Ekman morpho isidié variant à petits granules isidioïdes.
This form is distinguished by the appearence of very abundant small isidioid granules, more or less spherical on the thallus (but with an irregular surface), particularly at the center, but also at the apothecia margins, giving the impression to be sorediate. Specifically found in very moisted woods of bushy-gloomy deciduous-trees, along the seashore. N.B. The other form with large isidoid granules (Degelia plumbea forme à gros granules isidioides) can, however rarely, either be covered by small isidioid granules, thus potentially confused with Degelia atlantica.*
