Paralecanographa grumulosa Cf. forme parasite de Diploicia subcanescens forme maritime atlantique.
The parasitism is manifested by the appearance of an ocher-orange color on the thallus of the host: Diploicia subcanescens forme maritime atlantique coming into crevices of hard limestone rocks, then the appearance of greyish outgrowths becoming more or less spherical, blackish to greyish. This strongly suggests Paralecanographa grumulosa forma hemisphaerica but the host is not a Trentepohlia species which is unusual, however the appearance of an orange color in the medulla could indicate the presence of a Trentepohlia. This taxon is therefore under study and remains with Cf. for the moment.
