This saxicolous form differs from the corticolous form by its occurrence on rocks or walls. It is C-, K-, KC-, Pd-, UV-.
N.B. To be differentiated from the saxicolous forms of Lepra amara which have a bitter taste, which are KC+ fleeting violet and whose soredia are more globular.
