Diploschistes scruposus morph daisy-like apothecia.

Description

  This morph differs from the type in the following characters: cream-coloured cracked thallus, formed of large, very domed warts, few apothecia often united in small groups and arranged radially which gives them the appearance of a "daisy flower" or with a slice of orange. Uncommon form typically occuring from the seaside, in the supralittoral zone, on very exposed and very sunny siliceous rocks.
