Lecanora campestris subsp. campestris morpho alba
Lecanora campestris var. alba B. de Lesd.
This ecoform is characterized by its white thallus and is restricted to calcareous rocks. Scarce in our prospection area and localized to ancient calcareous quarries used to supply limetone furnace.
N.B. There are many intermediate forms with Lecanora campestris s.l. in relation to the substratum properties and its relationship with Lecanora campestris subsp. campestris morpho atrata remain to be clarified.
