Parmotrema reticulatum forme sur substrat artificiel.

     This form is found on shipwrecks in marine graveyards. It is rare and only occurs in areas exposed to sunlight and not too dirty or polluted. The color chemical reactions are particularly vivid, especially K: cortex: K+ yellow then yellow-brown, and medulla: K+ yellow then bright red.

_ Distinguish from Parmotrema perlatum, a much more common species in this habitat, by the reaction of its cortex and medulla: K+ bright yellow.
