Lecanora praepostera forma

    This variety differs from the type by its thick, pale blue-green, pale blue thallus, its apothecia with a red, red-brown disc, at first very small and immersed in the thallus, at the end sessile with a brownish to black-brown disc and its occurrence on rocks rich in iron by the sea.
