Description
This morph differs from the type by its relatively thick crustose thallus, pale blue-green, pale blue, bluish grey, bordered by a bluish grey prothallus (or pink in areas subject to seawater splashes) and its apothecia with a reddish, red-brown disc, at first very small and immersed in the thallus then emerging from the thallus and at the end sessile with a brownish to blackish-brown disc.
