Hypotrachyna afrorevoluta forme saxicole.

      Characterized by its occurrence on rocks, especially near the sea. Sometimes fertile but with poorly developed apothecia. Very similar and related by intermediaries to Hypotrachyna britannica which has dark blue soredia.
