This form of Scoliciosporum umbrinum parasitizes the thalli of Aspicilia caesiocinerea on rocks in the aerohaline zone. This parasitism manifests itself in the form of black spots on the thallus of the host, then by its destruction and the appearance of very convex black apothecia. Utriform asci 8 spored, of 40-50 x 15-20 µm according to our measurements. Acicular spores twisted in S, 3-8 septate, 28-40 x 3-5 µm according to our measurements.
