Porina curnowii A. L. Sm.

    Thallus crustose, superficial, cracked, grey-brown, dark grey-purple. Perithecia prominent, 0.3-0.5 mm diam., clustered, involucrellum purplish-blue. Ascospores elongate, 10 times longer than larger, 7-septate, 37-52 x 3-5 µm. K+ grey-brown. Photobiont: Trentepohlia. Rare, in seepages on damp and shaded coastal siliceous rocks.*
