Xanthoparmelia conspersa forma corallina Kremp.
Differs from the type by its isidia, especially abundant and developed, 3-8 mm long, cylindrical and coralloid, sometimes broom-shaped and by the absence or scarcity of apothecia. On rocks near the seashore in humid and sheltered areas where sea mists are frequent. N.B. Intermediate morphs between this form and the type may be observed.
