Lecanora sulphurea forme parasite de Diploschistes caesioplumbeus
Lecanora sulphurea and Diploschistes caesioplumbeus are parasitic species (at least when young) of various crustose lichens, notably Tephromela atra (see Diploschistes caesioplumbeus parasite on Tephromela atra and Lecanora sulphurea parasite on Tephromela atra) but these two species may also compete with each other! According to our observations it seems that in most cases Lecanora sulphurea gains ascendancy on Diploschistes caesioplumbeus.
